Go rock climbing, try archery, and play soccer, basketball, and EXTREME volleyball on the field or in the gym.

About us

The Shalom Catholic Community

A missionary community founded in 1982 in Fortaleza, Brazil to be ministers of peace and joy has brought its MASSIVE event to North America. ACAMPS has been going on for more than 20 years, we started in Brazil and now the festival takes place in most of the missions of the community around the world.

Thus Acamps have spread throughout the continents, there is Acamps in South America, Africa, and Europe and this will be the 3rd annual Acamps Summer Festival in North America!

The Acamps North festival will take place in Mirror Lake, in Upstate New York
( 64 White Dr. Milan, NY 12571 ) From the evening of August 1st through the afternoon of August 4th.

Registering for Acamps
gives you access to:

Lodging: You can camp without a tent! The facility offers full resort-style amenities, and outdoor activities.

Meals: Forget about packing food – we’ve got it all sorted for you! Every day, we’ll surprise you with delicious breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

Activities: We’ve prepared everything to give you an unforgettable summer. Our program combines mornings of spirituality, afternoons of team competitions, and nights of parties!
In addition to the program of the Acamps, you will have access to the Campground activities such as: Boating on Mirror Lake via Kayak or Canoe, Archery and Rock Climbing.

A day’s stay here costs at least USD 100, excluding food! We have done everything possible to ensure that you live this experience in the most affordable way possible.

How do I get there?

Guests are welcome to drive to the facility on their own. There is ample free parking. We will also be offering other transportation/carpool options from the Boston and New York City metropolitan areas. How much does it cost?

The registrations are divided into batches!
Each batch has its price and it will turn to the next one either when the spots run out or the due date comes. The lowest price for the Registration fee was USD 200 per person in the early bird and the highest is USD 290 for the registration. All the registrations included activities, lodging, food and Acamps Kit.

What do I need to bring?

Bed sheets, clothing for 4 days, a towel, toiletries, and blankets.

Can I arrive late?

Yes, our registration team will be ready to greet and welcome you whenever you arrive! Please just send us an email beforehand so that we can plan accordingly.
